Amaranth

We planted some amaranth seeds under Jan's window.  They're flowering.   The chickens and sheep will be happy with this crop.

Well that's what my amaranth looks like at the moment.   I could use couscous instead of qinoua maybe.   I'd have to buy a lime. so maybe on the weekend with some fish.
